I am a passionate person who has a great life and is looking for someone cool to share it with. I have my own business so I work hard but make the most of my free time and have a good work/life balance.
After 4 years of waiting I have finally got an allotment so my weekends (when it's not raining) is currently being spent digging and preparing ready for planting and I am loving it. I really enjoy being outside and like to go cycling. Although I have been to lots of countries and beaches, my favourite holiday so far was 2 weeks camping in France, travelling to different regions and exploring on my bike. I also did a sponsored bike ride in China to raise money for Mind mental health charity.
I am an animal lover and have a small menagerie of 1 cat, 3 rabbits, 3 guinea pigs and 3 ferrets. I would love a dog one day but until I am able to make that commitment I take my sisters collie for long walks whenever I have a free weekend. I also do some volunteering at the Donkey Sanctuary and the RSCPA.
I have been vegetarian for a few years but made the transition to vegan last summer and only wish I had done it sooner. I try to live completely cruelty free, ensuring that all cosmetics and cleaning products are also animal and environmentally friendly but I am sure I still have a lot to learn. I have strong beliefs but do not force them on anyone and will only discuss them when asked. Everyone has the right to make their own choices, I believe in educating people to help them make their decisions, not preaching or trying to make people feel guilty.
